Corinthian helmets, named after the ancient Greek city of Corinth, were developed in the first half of the 7th century BC. They were the most common ancient Greek helmet and even became popular in Italy.
Our replica is based on the Corinthian 'A' type. The helmet is hand-made from solid bronze. It has no sheathing as the rivets would have damaged the helmet shell. But we will add a soft padded cap to each helmet. A perfect piece for collectors from the Classical Greek era, such as the hoplites.
