This helmet is a full battle ready Spangenhelm in the style of a high medieval or crusader helmet.
The front plate and the helmet cap are made of approximately 2 mm thick steel by hand. The two halves of the helmet are firmly welded together. In addition, three overlapping band connectors (snaps) are riveted to the helmet as well as to the solid front plate. This processing ensures maximum robustness and thus great protection during combat.
The helmet has a high quality, riveted, adjustable padded inlet with a heavy duty leather chin guard and brass buckle.
Available in size M (up to 62 cm) and L (up to 64 cm)
