Replica of a 14th century iron hat. Iron hats of this type were especially popular among foot troops in the European Late Middle Ages.

The helmet is made of 2 mm thick sheet steel by hand and impresses with its simple but beautiful shape and the rounded middle at the ends of the lid.
These helmets are often used together with a hood and chain hood. Therefore, we offer the helmet in three sizes with enough space.

Includes a high quality, adjustable, rivetable fabric inlay with chin strap and brass buckle.
