Starting with the Rambo III Bowie Gil Hibben has designed the knife for Sylvester Stallone's films several times over the years. For The Expendables and The Expendables 2 Gil was commissioned by Stallone to create several knives.

The Legionnaire is equipped with a 24 cm long, highly polished 7Cr17 stainless steel blade. The black Pakka wood handle is highlighted by the hilt and pommel made of high-gloss, polished solid. A classic leather belt sheath with embossed Hibben logo and a certificate of authenticity included.
