Albrecht medieval tunic with border

This knee-length cotton tunic is made of solid canvas and decorated with a braided cotton border. The sturdy fabric and ornate border make it clear that the tunic is worn as an upper garment.
The crew neck is provided with a slit in the front centre and is worn open or closed with a primer as desired. The tunic is cut straight, on the side seam slits provide sufficient freedom of movement. The appearance and cut of the tunic correspond to the garment of the High Middle Ages in Northern Europe.

Typical for this period are knee-length upper tunics, simple cuts composed mainly of rectangles and simple surface-mounted ones.
