Now the time has come: thanks to the latest revolutionary innovations in high -strength polymer production , Cold Steel introduces its first plastic training stick.

Lynn C. Thompson, President of Cold Steels Company, has countless polearms , spears and clubs (most recently using a Krabi Krabong stick, along with Guro Ron Balicki). In doing so, he discovered that a sturdy octagonal Okinawan-style Japanese staff could be an excellent cross-training device. For this reason, Cold Steel's first long training fighting staff has a traditional octagonal cross section, providing greater support and comfort.

This impact resistant stick is ideal for palus and conditioning training and a perfect addition to any martial arts training program.
