Instructions for use

Place the pin through the leather and secure it with a brass washer.

Lightly tap the pin with

hammer

until it becomes mush on the washer, locking it in place.

Pre-trim the dowel if it extends too far to prevent bending or breaking.

Care instructions

Brass is softer than steel, so avoid hitting too hard when riveting.

Wipe gently with a soft cloth to maintain the finish.

Store in a dry place; the natural patina will develop over time.
