The Shikoto Hammer-Forged Teal Master Wakizashi Sword UC3238 is a work of art that represents the same tool used by warriors 2,500 years ago. The sword is forged using Bronze Age techniques and hardened with a layer of clay to create a visible hardening line (hamon). In addition, the differential tempering technique gives it a harder edge and a smoother blade back, a feature only found in high-quality weapons.

One of the details that make this sword unique is its tsuba and handle made of solid brass, as well as a wooden handle covered with real tea-colored stingray skin and a traditional wound rope. All these elements combine to provide exceptional balance and comfort.

The sword comes with a polished and black lacquered wooden scabbard, with a cord (Sageo) and a certificate of authenticity signed by the master blacksmith who made the blade. The technical details of the forging process are also included in the certificate, adding value to this work of art.
