The Hanwei (Paul Chen) stiletto is a replica of an original from a private collection from the late 17th century. The stiletto was designed exclusively for stabbing and was widely used at the time when the civilian dress of the upper class often included chainmail or leather armour.
This beautiful piece has a blade approximately 27 cm long with a triangular cross section. The knob and guard ends in the form of spiral pine cones complete the buffalo horn handle. A leather sheath with silver fittings is included.
