Excellent Viking design spearhead, suitable for recreation as the tip has a safety button. The thickness of the blades is approximately 4 mm at its thickest part and 3 mm at its thinnest part.

This Viking type K spearhead belongs to the second group (type F, I, K, M, G, H) and can be dated to the period 850-1100 AD. This information has been obtained from the Petersen catalogue.
