Ninjato Iga Ninja-To – An indispensable tool for ninjutsu

In feudal Japan, the neighboring clans of Kouga and Iga were bitter enemies for centuries, and their opposing ninja families were immortalized in Japanese literature. To commemorate these mysterious warriors, Hanwei has launched the Kouga and Iga Ninja-To, a high-quality ninjato that pays homage to the history of the ninjas of feudal Japan.

Top-tier forging and materials

The blade of the Iga Ninja-To was forged from carbon steel and differentially hardened, achieving a Rockwell hardness of approximately 60 HRC at the edge. The tsuka is removable, held by two pins, and covered with genuine ray skin, traditional cotton wrap, and cloud, sun, water, and moon menuki.

The blackened iron fittings include a tsuba with the Iga family crest (called a mon) and a wave motif, symbols that are repeated on the fuchi and kashira. The saya features a partial rattan wrap and an extra reinforced tip.

The right of withdrawal will not apply to products made by hand to order, products modified according to the specifications requested by the buyer or clearly personalized, except for manufacturing defects or errors. The delivery time for products made to order or personalized may take longer than usual depending on the workload at that time.

You can cancel the purchase contract you entered into in our online store by sending an email within the period indicated above.

You must send the item(s) to us using your own means. Freight collect shipments will not be accepted.

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the order within 14 calendar days of receipt. Outside of this period, revocations will not be accepted for orders, nor for orders for the supply of goods made according to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalized, or that, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly, etc., that have been unsealed and/or used by the Customer. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the Customer. The products must be in the same condition as received, with the original packaging, and must not have been used.
