Sinkevich KVT ZT-0470 Pocket Knife

This beautiful design by ZT and Dmitry Sinkevich is destined to take pride of place in your collection.

However, the 0470 is by no means intended to be a mere display item for the showcase. On the contrary, it is a very practical EDC knife that can be used for a wide range of tasks and looks good doing it.

The blade is made of CPM 20CV, a high-chromium stainless steel. In this powder-metallurgical tool steel, the high proportion of vanadium carbides ensures remarkable wear resistance and above-average edge retention. Since CPM 20CV has the highest chromium content of all high-vanadium steels, it also exhibits excellent corrosion resistance. The blade surface with a two-tone effect (partly satin-finished, partly stonewashed) is visually very appealing, and thanks to KVT ( ZT's Kershaw Velocity Technology ball bearing opening mechanism , the blade can be opened quickly and easily with the flipper.

The titanium handle of the 0470 is provided with a marbled carbon fibre insert, which is a real eye-catcher. Instead of the usual weave pattern with standard carbon plates, the ZT insert has a beautiful graining. To achieve this marble pattern, carbon fibres are randomly dropped onto the plate. Resin is then added to bind the fibres together and create a smooth surface. For a fascinating and even more sophisticated look, the surface of the insert is left matte.

This fine pocket knife gets the finishing touches with a titanium pocket clip and black anodized aluminum backspacer.
