The Kiridashi is Japan's original utility knife. It was used by both samurai and the common peasant and was traditionally carried in the sleeve pocket of a kimono. In Japan today, the kiridashi is used by almost everyone, from children to master craftsmen. In essence, it is the stationary counterpart to the Western pocket knife. Basically, it is so convenient that it can be used anywhere, whether for carving, peeling, or any other cutting task imaginable.

4034SS stainless steel
A middle - class stainless steel from Japan, whose higher chromium content ensures remarkable corrosion resistance. This steel is also relatively easy to grind and has relatively good wear resistance. It is often used for kitchen knives /cutlery or for rather smaller knives that are generally of good quality, but still offered at an economical price.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to process your return due to withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal will not apply to products made by hand to order, products modified according to the specifications requested by the buyer or clearly personalized, except for manufacturing defects or errors. The delivery time for products made to order or personalized may take longer than usual depending on the workload at that time.

You can cancel the purchase contract you entered into in our online store by sending an email within the period indicated above.

You must send the item(s) to us using your own means. Freight collect shipments will not be accepted.

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the order within 14 calendar days of receipt. Outside of this period, revocations will not be accepted for orders, nor for orders for the supply of goods made according to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalized, or that, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly, etc., that have been unsealed and/or used by the Customer. The Customer must notify THE ENTITY of their withdrawal through the Withdrawal Form (Link to the Document) by email, post, or fax, within this 14-day period. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the Customer. The products must be in the same condition as received, with the original packaging, and must not have been used. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used by the Customer .
