4034SS Stainless Steel
A middle-class stainless steel from Japan, whose higher chromium content guarantees remarkable corrosion resistance. This steel is also relatively easy to grind and has relatively good wear resistance. It is often used for kitchen knives/cutlery or for smaller knives, which are generally of good quality, but still offered at a low cost.
