Kershaw Flythrough pocket knife KW-1988

The RJ Martin Flythrough is equipped with a unique (also designed by RJ) blade axis (called the See-Through Pivot or STP ). This oversized axis bolt is hollow in the middle so that you can see through it. In addition, the handle has a recess directly behind the axis which, when unfolded, reveals a view of the tang end of the blade. These two features make this knife even more exciting. For easy readjustment of the special axis screw, Kershaw has developed a specially designed tool, the already impressive so-called STP Pivot Tool , developed (available separately, item no.: STPTOOL).

The flythrough has a drop-point blade made of 8Cr13MoV stainless steel with a stylish swedge (a frosted, but not sharpened, top of the blade). The gilding gives the knife a beautiful monochromatic look and provides additional protection against corrosion. For optimal cutting control, a concave thumb ramp on the back of the blade provides a secure rest for your thumb or index finger.

The flowing, shapely lines of the steel handle give the knife an even more dynamic look. A stable locking handle ensures secure locking, and thanks to its deep reversible carry pocket clip, the fly sits deep and securely in your trouser pocket.
