Kershaw Epistle Pocket Knife KW-2131

The Kershaw Epistle has everything you need in a pocket knife. This beautiful, minimalist design is sleek, slim and very easy to use.

The approximately 3-inch (7.6 cm) long blade is made of 8Cr13MoV stainless steel, a stable and versatile steel that can be easily re-sharpened if necessary. The versatile drop-point blade handles most cutting tasks with ease. Its surface has been polished with glass beads to create a slightly darker finish that contrasts nicely with the lighter aluminum handle.

The handle is light and comfortable to hold. The colorless anodizing preserves the natural color of the aluminum. The front of the shaft screw has a specially made structured cover that stylishly enhances the knife and provides additional grip. With its neutral color scheme with a two-tone effect, the Epistola simply blends perfectly with everything you would otherwise use in everyday life.

To get the knife down to an incredibly light 60g (2.1oz), Kershaw incorporated several weight-saving features. A large portion of the backstrap is an open construction, which not only saves weight, but also makes cleaning easier. A structured back spacer forms the remainder of the back. The fixed pocket clip also has two recesses designed exclusively for the Epistola.

The Epistle is a manual opening knife. You can open it quickly with the thumb stud or simply pull the blade out of the handle in the traditional manner and snap it into position.
