This sword has an overall length of 106 cm, with a blade length of 71 cm and a handle length of 27 cm.

The blade is 7mm thick and 3.2cm wide. The blade also has a hardness of 50-58HRC, meaning it is specially designed for cutting.

The scabbard (Saya) of this Roronoa Katana is made from hardwood and lacquered, while the handle is made from wood and features a purple and red polyester rope lined Ito and sageo. The blade of this sword comes with a full tang with 2 Mekugi (peg), which greatly enhances the strength of the sword.

It is also worth mentioning that the Tsuba (guard) of the sword is made of Zinc alloy, while the Habaki (blade collar) is a one-piece brass construction. Additionally, the Fuchi (sleeve) and Kashira (button cap) are made of Zinc alloy.
