Cold Steel CST-95BTF Tiger Fork

In the early 1990s, Cold Steel president Lynn C. Thompson purchased a handmade Chinese tiger fork to add to his collection. He fitted it with an old wicker handle and still trains with it today.
Lynn is passionate about hunting stories in historical records. She had read several stories about Chinese hunters using giant fork-shaped tools to capture and kill big cats, and had the pleasure of speaking with Chinese martial artists who explained how this tool was modified and used as a feared weapon of war.
Twenty years later, the time has come for Lynn to introduce his own version of the Tiger Fork to a modern audience.

Cold Steel's own version of this martial arts weapon features an elongated center point for optimal shock resistance, framed by two inwardly curved prongs for easier catching.
By skillfully twisting and turning the tiger fork, a skilled martial artist can not only catch, stop, falsify and twist an enemy weapon, but also disarm the enemy himself, throw him to the ground and even immobilize him.
