Tinker Norman Sword combat sword, SK-A HN-SH2427

With a characteristic cruciform cut-out element and the Brazil nut knob, both versions are similar in terms of weight and balance. The handling is almost identical. Both are harmoniously balanced. The heavy-duty version offered here optimises handling for the new layout.

The blade is forged from 5160 carbon steel and cured by hot bath hardening (marquenching) to a Rockwell hardness of 50-52 HRC. This prevents burr formation. The handle is made of a corduroy wound with a leather covered wooden core.
