The HN-SH2417 Raptor Katana, Shobu Zukuri is a masterpiece of elegance and functionality. This design was popularized in the Namboku-cho period (1336-1392) and remains highly valued to this day.

Each blade is forged from 5160 carbon steel and undergoes a special heat treatment to ensure its strength.

The Raptor Katana Shobu-Zukuri is a historically faithfully designed sword with an overall length of approximately 109.2 cm and a blade length of around 73.7 cm. Weighing approximately 1219 g, this katana is balanced and easy to handle. The alder, which is constructively full-length with two joined Mekugis, supports a blade forged with attention to detail.

The Tsuka (wooden core) handle is wrapped in real stingray skin, with a special brushed handle cover providing optimal grip and wear resistance.
