The long maceration of this mead with red forest fruits results in its attractive deep pink colour, and its multi-phase filtering process gives it a crystalline appearance. Aromas of red fruits such as currant and cherry. Sweetness balanced by the acidity of the macerated forest fruits that provides a light and fresh taste but with a pleasant and long-lasting finish.

This mead is ideal to drink cold like a rosé wine, accompanying a light meal, such as pâtés, soft cheeses, grilled fish, pasta.
It can also be taken alone, as a prelude to a romantic evening.
