Small Viking Hand Axe, Decorated 1106010640

This beautiful little axe is a perfect addition to any Viking's wardrobe.

The solid, forged head is made of rust-resistant X46Cr13 stainless steel with a hardness of 52 HRC.
The nicely shaped handle is made from Sissoo, a hardwood from Northern India, and has a nice real bone butt. Even better are the unique Nordic patterns on this axe deeply etched on both sides of the handle. On the bone end cap is a depiction of Thor's mighty hammer , Mjolnir.
The axe comes complete with a leather belt sheath and a faux leather lined case. The blade is sharpened.
