Cold Steel® has been trying for years to bring to market a Chinese style axe that can be used as impressively as you know it from countless Kung Fu movies. The Axe Gang® war axe is an authentic and remarkable weapon, not just a movie prop.

The axe has a drop-forged head, a differentially hardened blade and a straight cutting edge approximately 4 inches long (with very sharp corners). It also has a straight-grained hickory handle. It is decorated with Chinese characters, the meaning of which Axe Gang® refers to the Chinese martial arts film Kung-Fu Hustle .

With its considerable weight and straight handle, this axe is lightweight and can be thrown with great precision and remains stuck securely in the intended target.
