Short Beard Axe , Hanwei forged short axes are replicas of Viking age weapons . Each axe has a forged head and hardened edge and is designed to be safely used as a throwing axe. They are perfectly balanced, fully functional and competition approved.

Concentrated power lies behind the relatively short striking edge of this bearded axe. It was ideal for breaking through daylight armor in close combat.
