The cuera is a garment that seems to replace the gambax, or gambeson when we reach the Baroque era, although in some books of Old Military Voices, it is explained that it is a term that seems to come from the 15th or 16th century. It is an essential garment for anyone who wants to recreate a soldier from the Golden Age, the Thirty Years' War or the English Civil War. Optionally, many brave men and bullies of the period would wear this garment in everyday life.
Measurements for waist, hips and chest must be specified, in addition to total height.
Specs:
Material: Suede leather
Made like the originals in 2.5 to 3mm suede, offering the same protection as the leathers of yesteryear. It is recommended to apply horse grease to this piece for maintenance. It may contain wounds, imperfections or not be 100% regular, but this is proof of its authenticity. The roughness or color may vary slightly and the finish cannot be guaranteed to be identical from one product to another. The dyeing is done by natural methods and the final finish may vary depending on the original tone of the leather.
