Care instructions

Regular cleaning:

After use, brush off loose dirt or dust with a soft brush or cloth.

Stain cleaning:

For light stains, wipe gently with a damp cloth. Avoid soaking the fabric unnecessarily.

Deep cleaning:

In case of heavy dirt,

hand wash only

in cold water with a mild, bleach-free detergent. Gently squeeze out excess water without twisting or wringing the fabric.

Avoid machine washing:

Do not machine wash, as the padding and inner filling may become deformed.

Drying:

Never tumble dry. Instead, lay the garment flat on a clean, absorbent surface (such as a towel) to dry naturally. Keep it away from direct sunlight or heat sources, which can cause shrinkage.

Conservation:

Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid leaving it folded in humid conditions. For long-term storage, hang it or fold it loosely to maintain its shape.

recycled multi-fiber textile blend

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to process your return due to withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal will not apply to products made by hand to order, products modified according to the specifications requested by the buyer or clearly personalized, except for manufacturing defects or errors. The delivery time for products made to order or personalized may take longer than usual depending on the workload at that time.

You can cancel the purchase contract you entered into in our online store by sending an email within the period indicated above.

You must send the item(s) to us using your own means. Freight collect shipments will not be accepted.

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the order within 14 calendar days of receipt. Outside of this period, revocations will not be accepted for orders, nor for orders for the supply of goods made according to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalized, or that, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly, etc., that have been unsealed and/or used by the Customer.
