The Langeid Viking Sword with Scabbard 0116041600 is a stunning recreation of a late Viking sword, dated to the 11th century and excavated in Norway in 2011. This original sword, found in the Langeid Viking cemetery, features stunning decoration with spirals, runes, Latin letters and crosses. Although the exact meaning of these motifs remains unknown, some of these symbols are believed to carry a Christian message and suggest that this Viking sword was deliberately provided with Christian symbolism.

The impressive details of the cast brass guard and pommel are faithfully reproduced in this reproduction sword with an EN45 spring steel blade. The sword features a double-edged blade and is completed with a brass wire-wrapped wooden hilt. The sharp blade has an approximate length of 78 cm and a maximum width of approximately 4.7 cm.
