Scottish Templar Sword, incl. Scabbard

This decorative one-handed Knight Templar sword has a double-edged EN45 spring steel blade with a wide and long hollow throat. With this one-handedness, the cutting edges are not sharpened. The continuous blade rod is riveted to the pommel and the wooden core handle is beautifully wrapped in brown leather. The approximately 17cm long parry bar and the generous pommel are made of steel. The pommel is on both sides with a red enamelled Templar cross - also known as a paw or Prankenkreuz - decorated.

The high medieval cross sword is delivered with a brown wooden/leather scabbard with mouth plate, place band, middle band and movable steel support rings.

It should be noted that this sword is not suitable for display combat. It is available as a collector's item or decorative object designed and also very suitable as an accessory, for example to complete your costume.

The steel used here is not stainless and may show slight signs of corrosion. We recommend that you regularly care for the blade and the sheath, for example with ballistol, a universal oil that is ideal for preserving steel products.
