The handle is made of a wooden core covered with leather and steel. The first half adjacent to the guard is covered with black leather, while the rest of the handle is wrapped with twisted steel wire.

It comes with a scabbard made of wood and black leather with mouth plate, band in place, central band and movable steel support rings.
