BROKEN BUT FAR FROM BROKEN The Battleworn Squire Sword is a latex hybrid short sword inspired by medieval European hand weapons. The sword measures 85cm long and has a 70cm straight double-edged blade with a central ridge. The crossguard curves towards the blade to catch incoming blows, protecting a detailed 10cm grip, cast and painted to look like real wood with metal trim. This sword is full of hyper-realistic details such as rusty spots, nicks and scratches, giving it an overall worn and weathered look, perfect for when you don't want to play it too pristine. Whether you're a destitute squire training to become a knight, a common European soldier, or a scavenging orc brute, who believes that even damaged goods are still goods, this Squire Sword is our highest quality gear due to its impressive durability and detail. The blade is made from closed cell foam around a fiberglass core and finished with a strong latex coating, while the handle is made from polyurethane foam allowing for greater detail and requiring no maintenance. This hybrid model sword will have you confident in the safety and appeal of your weapon on the battlefield. HISTORY Commonly known as a broadsword, which is actually a historically incorrect term Inspired by the two-handed longsword of the late Middle Ages and Renaissance, but with a slightly shorter blade.
