The Tinker Bastard Sword - Sharp with Hollow Throat is available in both sharp and blunt versions, making it perfect for both training and combat. Additionally, all swords in the series feature Tinker's special mounting system with hex nuts, which allows for easy blade changes with an Allen key and ensures the handle remains firmly attached.

A unique feature of this Tinker-designed sword is that it is interchangeable, meaning you can acquire a complete sword plus a spare blade to use either the sharp or blunt version. All longswords, bastard swords, and early medieval broadswords benefit from this feature.

The Tinker's Bastard Sword - Hollow-Throated Sharp features a blade with either a diamond-shaped cross-section or an (otherwise identical) version that has a hollow throat for approximately one-third of its length. The round pommel and straight-line guard bar provide excellent hand protection while still feeling comfortable to grip. The handle has a cord-wrapped hardwood core, wrapped in leather, and fitted with steel fittings. A leather-covered scabbard is also included.
