This knife is mainly used for cutting meat, fish and vegetables. It is sharper than many chef's knives. Due to its light weight, it is very handy, especially for frequent use. As a little extra, the grooves on the blade help. They ensure that products do not stick to the knife. Like all knives, the Samura-Bamboo Edition also has a super smooth surface without any notches, small holes or the like.
