The Khopesh is a 37cm curved blade of ancient Egyptian inspiration. It has no cross guard, but does have a thin coreless pommel. The crisp organic features are heavily inspired by the Ancient Egyptian Khopesh. Made from durable closed cell foam around a fibreglass core and finished with a strong latex coating, you can be sure that your LARP weapon will provide the safety and appeal you desire when designing your LARP kit.

HISTORY

• Originally, khopesh were made of bronze, but later they were found in iron.
• A khopesh was made to be both a slashing and a blunt weapon, and due to its heavy nature, could be used for both.
• Curved is especially effective for slashing (rather than stabbing) in combat.
