This hand-forged scraping or skinning knife is made according to historical patterns.

These knives were used by hunters and skinners.
The grip can be individually designed by attaching leather, wood, horn or antler.

Our replica is hand forged from high carbon steel. This steel is not rust resistant and therefore not suitable for use in food preparation.
