Serving knife
Knife for cutting and serving food. Knives like these can be seen in many feasting scenes from the 13th to the 16th century, although the specific typology of this knife is closer to those of the 13th to 14th century.
Includes a free leather sheath.
Specs:
Overall size: 33.5 cm
Blade size: 22 cm
We recommend not storing the blade inside the sheath for long periods of time because leather is a hygroscopic material and can therefore transmit moisture to the metal and oxidize it over time. Carbon steel is not treated so it may have rust, which is easily removed. You can protect this item from rust with synthetic or mineral oil.
The case in the images is for illustrative purposes only and may not match the appearance of the one supplied and shipped. This is because the finish may be different depending on the leather run or manufacturing circumstances, so it is not possible to choose the finish or colour.
No claims will be accepted for any of the above cases.
