On the unforgiving and rugged coast of Alaska, the Chugach people have relied on fishing and hunting to survive for hundreds of years. With the steadfastness of these Alaskan people in the back of their minds, Gil Hibben designed the Chugach Hunter Knife. Hibben Chugach as a fixed knife . The knife has a sharp 11.7cm long blade made of 5Cr13 stainless steel with a highly polished finish and an aggressive thumb turn. The black pakka wood handle has decorative mosaic pins and a lanyard hole, and the handguard is made of solid brass. The large, fixed blade slides securely into a black leather belt sheath with a snap-closure grip tape and stitching.
