The Pictus knife was inspired by Celtic culture who made engravings on their weapons , utensils and even tattoos on their bodies. The name "Pictus" also follows its original meaning (painted and engraved). The "endless knots" on its blade and handle are very characteristic of Celtic culture. In the small front pocket of the Pictus's handcrafted leather sheath there are also three arrowheads.
