Scottish claymore 16th century without scabbard

If you are passionate about ancient weapons of war and you love history, you will undoubtedly love the authentic Scottish two-handed claymore, an impressive sword that was used in clan conflicts and border wars with England during the 15th and 17th centuries. This infantry weapon was very powerful and allowed for devastating blows and powerful thrusts.

The Scottish Claymore we present to you is an exact replica of the preserved originals from the 16th century. It is a two-handed sword with a wide, long and evenly tapered full blade, forged from EN45 spring steel. The onion knob is made made of steel and the handle of stained and polished wood. In addition, it has a 29 cm long steel guard bar with a unique design that includes spurs that run in the middle of the hollow and arms inclined towards the blade that end in decorations of four passes.

With a total length of approximately 123 cm and a blade length of approximately 92 cm, this sword is large in size and weighs approximately 2.2 kg. The thickness of the blade is approximately 4 mm and the cutting edges are not sharpened. Please note that the steel used is not rust-free and may have slight traces of corrosion. For this reason, it is recommended to preserve it with a universal oil suitable for preserving steel products.

This impressive historical sword is presented without a scabbard but its beauty speaks for itself. It is important to note that the Scottish Two-Handed Claymore is not suitable for show fighting, but is designed to be a collector's item or decorative item. Furthermore, it is the perfect accessory to complete your costume and transform you into a proud Scottish warrior.

All in all, the Scottish Claymore is a stunning sword that is perfect for lovers of history and antique weapons. Its historical authenticity reflects the Highlands and the brave men who fought for them. If you are looking for a collector's item that will allow you to relive the history of Scotland, this is certainly an excellent choice.
