High cavalry boots, 14th - 16th century, brown leather
High boots, which could be considered rare in the Middle Ages, seem to have been worn a lot by members of the upper classes and knights. Although they were most popular throughout the 15th century, they also saw their use in the late 14th century. We can see examples such as in Gaston Phebus' hunting book (with versions of it from the 14th to the 15th century). Our boots are made of the finest quality leather, thick yet flexible to adapt to the wearer's leg. The sole is made of genuine leather, and is practically made using medieval techniques.
