Replica of a Gothic Schaller from around 1495. The original is in the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York and was designed by the German Plattner Lorenz Helmschmied, Hofplattner angefertigt Emperor Maximilian I. Both the Halsberge and the viewer are hinged and can be closed by means of locks.
The helmet does not have an integrated inlet. However, there is a separately padded hood attached to each helmet. We recommend, if necessary, placing a custom padding.
On the inside, in front of the viewing slot, a wire mesh screen is attached, which can be easily removed, for example with a side cutter if you don't like it.
