The model for this battle-ready helmet replica is the 1983 found in York, England called the Coppergate helmet. It dates back to the 8th century and is, as one of the few Anglo-Saxon helmet finds, of great archaeological importance.
The helmet has decorative bronze applications with engravings and has a brown chain of round, riveted rings.
A comfortable leather inlay with chin strap attaches to the helmet.
Suitable for head circumference up to approx. 62cm.
