Many ancient tombs and reliefs show archers of the Roman army (mainly recruited in the eastern eastern provinces) equipped with cone-shaped Spangenhelmets.
Our version is made of steel with brass mountings. The neck guard is made of brass scales mounted on suede leather. The dewlap fins are also made of brass.
A high-class adjustable leather liner with chin guards is included.
