Viking round shield

This round shield is painted with motifs from Norse mythology.
The wolves Mánagarm (literally translated = the dog of the moon ) and Ská (= deception ) are the sons of Fenriswolf. Mánagarm is the destroyer of the moon. He feeds on the flesh of the dead and stains the seat of the gods with blood with Ragnarok while devouring the sun and moon with his brother Ská. The shield represents the wolf hunt for the moon and the sun.

This large Viking shield is made of 13mm thick plywood and covered with canvas. The shield hump made of steel must be attached by the customer with the supplied screws.
