Roman shield Reconstruction of an ancient shield, called Scutum, as they were led by the Roman legionaries of the imperial era

The shield is made of wood, has a bronze shield hump and a
hand painted linen cover on the front.

The back is reinforced with thin wooden strips. The shield is carried by a hump on the shoulder.

We deliver the shield with a disassembled shield hump (Umbo), which can be
easily attach to the client using the eight attached screws with decorative heads.
