Shashka sabre Russian M1881 dragoon officer 0180000500

Replica of the Russian military dragoon Schaschkas, model 1811. The Schascka (Circassian = long knife) has its origins in the European sabre. The Cossacks living there use this traditional sabre to this day as the standard weapon in their army. This M1811 replica has a wooden handle and a brass hand guard with the typical ring.
The saber comes with a wooden scabbard with brass fittings.
