The design of this sword is based on archaeological finds from England dating back to that time. This sword is exclusively handcrafted and features a distinctive five-pronged guard and pommel made from heat-treated malleable cast iron to ensure extra strength and durability.

The blade of this sword is hand-riveted to the pommel and made of spring steel tempered to approximately 48° Rockwell, giving it great flexibility and lower weight. The edges of the blade are blunt for added safety, and the tip is rounded to prevent accidental damage.

The hilt of this sword is made of leather, which provides a better grip and comfort in handling. In addition, this sword comes with a leather-lined wooden scabbard with a belt loop for up to 5 cm wide webbing, as well as a richly decorated brass ferrule.

With an overall length of approximately 95.5 cm and a blade length of approximately 79 cm, this sword is ideal for both fencing practice and display in historical weapons collections. With a Rockwell hardness of the blade of 48-50 °HRC and a weight of around 1200 g (without scabbard), this sword is battle-ready and is classified as SK-B.
