John Lee Musashi Ichi Wakizashi

Miyamoto Musashi, known as Japan's greatest swordsman, left behind an incredibly lasting legacy. He was not only an accomplished warrior, but also an artist and craftsman, who founded a school for the production of prints (Tsuba). While he is famous for His skill in sword fighting also produced some of the finest weapons of his time. One such sword is the 0106857210 John Lee Musashi Ichi Wakizashi.

This Wakizashi sword is designed to be both functional and beautiful. The blade of the sword has been hand forged from carbon steel, a material traditionally used for Japanese swords. It has been hardened in a traditional way, which gives it a precise hamon line. The blade also has a Bo-hi (channel), which reduces its weight and gives it a distinct look.

The handle (Tsuka) is made of wood and covered with real fish skin. The handle wrap (Tsuka-Ito) is traditionally made of black cotton. There are two menuki on the handle, giving it a unique and distinctive appearance. The sword's handle is particularly long, making it easy to hold and use even with gloves. It is fixed with two bamboo pins (Mekugi) on the handle.

The sword comes complete with a wooden scabbard (Saya). The blade braces (Habaki) are made of brass and fit snugly to the handle. The sword has been made to museum templates to ensure it meets the highest quality standards.

The total length of the sword is about 76 cm, with a blade length of about 54 cm and a handle length of about 22 cm. Its blade curvature (sori) measures about 15 mm. The weight of the sword without scabbard is 0.8 kg and 1.05 kg with the sheath.

The 0106857210 John Lee Musashi Ichi Wakizashi is a stunning and beautiful sword that would make an excellent addition to any sword collection or for those interested in the history and culture of Japan. It is fully functional and designed for combat, but is also beautiful and worthy of display. Take the opportunity to own this magnificent work of art!
