The Jonh Lee Katsumoto Professional Katana is a sword inspired by the historical figure of Hosokawa Katsumoto, who was an important governor of the Shogun in the 15th century. This sword is a true masterpiece of Asian forging consisting of three differently hardened zones and It is made of 1095 carbon hardened steel.

The blade of this katana is hand-made and has a Hon-Samrei cross section. To reduce the weight of the sharp blade a Bo-Hi is included.
