Did you know that 183 years before the events of The Lord of the Rings, one of the most epic stories of Middle-earth took place? The new film explores the resistance of the legendary King Helm Ironhand and his people, facing the relentless Wulf, a Dunlending lord consumed by revenge after the death of his father.

The voice cast is worthy of the grandeur of this story. Brian Cox ( Succession ) lends his unmistakable voice to King Helm, while Gaia Wise, daughter of Emma Thompson, plays his brave daughter Héra. Meanwhile, Luke Pasqualino ( The Musketeers ) brings to life the antagonist Wulf. The narration is provided by Miranda Otto, who reprises her role as Éowyn, an iconic character from Peter Jackson's trilogy.
The cast is rounded out by talents such as Lorraine Ashbourne, Yazdan Qafouri, Benjamin Wainwright and Laurence Ubong Williams, among others. With this promising line-up, Middle-earth fans can look forward to a play full of emotion, epicness and unforgettable characters.
