DETAILS
This Epic Armoury best-seller, the Corsair Cutlass, is a single-edged blade with a handguard specially designed for Dark Elf raiders. The sword measures 95 cm long from tip to pommel, with a 65 cm blade. The blade curves slightly and is thicker toward the tip with a false edge on the reverse to give it the cutting and piercing power needed to dominate a bloody battlefield. The handguard gives it an elegant look and protects the ergonomic grip of the suede-wrapped handle.
The blade was designed for dark deeds, but is an excellent choice for anyone looking for an exotic-looking machete. Made from durable closed-cell foam around a solid fiberglass core and finished with a strong latex coating, you can be sure that your LARP weapon will provide the safety and appeal you desire when creating your kit.
INSPIRATION
- Dark elves were first mentioned in Norse mythology as the “Dökkálfar” or “Svartálfar”, written in the 13th-century Prose Edda.
- J.R.R. Tolkien mentions the dark elves, the "Moriquendi" in The Silmarillion.
- They are also known as "Drow" in the Dungeons & Dragons universe, popularized by R.A. Salvatore’s The Dark Elf Trilogy.

All latex-coated weapons need a certain degree of maintenance. For this, we recommend using maintenance silicone which can be purchased separately in the LARP Accessories section. Epic Armory maintenance silicone is an easy-to-apply spray, 100% pure and acid-free, making it safe to apply. We recommend using Maintenance Silicone on a regular basis. It maintains the flexibility of the latex layer and prevents it from drying out, keeping the product resistant to wear.
Store your latex weapons horizontally or on their pommel, NEVER on their tip. Use a simple sheet or towel lining to avoid touching a plastic or rubber surface to prevent your weapon from sticking to other products. Keep your weapons in a cool, dry environment.

We have an after-sales service to resolve any issues that may arise during the shipping of our items or shipments, keeping our customers informed at all times.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to process your return due to withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal will not apply to products made by hand to order, products modified according to the specifications requested by the buyer or clearly personalized, except for manufacturing defects or errors. The delivery time for products made to order or personalized may take longer than usual depending on the workload at that time.
You can cancel the purchase contract you entered into in our online store by sending an email within the period indicated above.
You must send the item(s) to us using your own means. Freight collect shipments will not be accepted.

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the order within 14 calendar days of receipt. Outside of this period, revocations will not be accepted for orders, nor for orders for the supply of goods made according to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalized, or that, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly, etc., that have been unsealed and/or used by the Customer.
